Equipment
- 1 9x12 Pan Reduce to 9 inch circle or 8x8 pan if you half the recipe.
- Set oven to 400 Degrees F.
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Flour
- 2 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
- 1 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Cup Milk Both cups can be mlik
- 1 Cup Buttermilk Both cups can be buttermilk
- 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Large Eggs
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk
- Pour batter into lightly greased pan (cooking spray)
- Cook on 400 degrees until toothpick comes out clean (about 40 minutes)
